Life has been hectic lately, to say the least. Beyond the book – which is the best kind of busy – we’ve been up and down the M1 for family reasons and I’m afraid I don’t have a new recipe for you today. What I do have, however, is a selection of my favourite Easter recipes – just click on each picture to take you to the post. A hot cross bun isn’t just for Easter, so although I should probably have posted this a week ago, I hope you’ll try them out anyway.
The last couple of weeks have really hammered home to me the importance of family, and Easter feels as good a time to give that some recognition. Wherever you are, I hope your weekend is filled with friends and family, love and laughter. Plus an endless supply of speckled chocolate eggs, of course.
Happy Easter! Hope all is ok xxx
What beautiful and delicious-looking pictures! Looks like you’re having a great Easter! 🙂
Happy Easter! Those pictures are gorgeous! If that’s how you spent your Easter, I know that you had a very delicious one!!
This is a stunning round up of Easter recipes. Gorgeous photos… weirdly, I’m most enticed by that stunning breakfast bowl in your top picture. Just the kind of deliciousness that I like to eat. Happy Easter! xx
Nothing wrong with that, bircher muesli is one of my favourite recipes too 🙂
Happy Easter to you, hope all is well.
Happy Easter, Kate! Hope all’s well with you, and love this gorgeous round-up (those hot cross buns look divine).
I hope you had a nice Easter Kate! It really is one of my favorite holidays and the kiddos love it too.
I’m so excited for you and your book! Woo hoo!

Thanks Erin, Easter was lovely – so nice to spend time with family xx ps I’m so excited about the book too, woop woop!
That Hot Cross Loaf looks so so good – I still remember when you first posted it and the idea of a slice of that, toasted and slathered in a thick layer of butter is just so so so good!
Hope everything is alright with you and your family.
